Where is my client data stored? +

On AWS in EU or US — your choice. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Voice messages are processed and deleted; transcripts stay in your workspace. Full export and wipe on request.

Which languages does the AI handle? +

Replies and voice transcription work in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, French, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Arabic and Japanese out of the box. Other languages on request — the underlying models cover 90+.

Can I fine-tune it on my own chats? +

Yes — Pro and Agency. Drop a CSV of past Telegram or WhatsApp transcripts (or connect live) and the AI starts using your phrasing, tone and pricing logic within a day. Always reviewable in the "Voice" tab.

What happens when the AI gets it wrong? +

Every auto-reply is logged, attributed, and editable. Confidence below a threshold defers to a draft for you to approve. Risky topics — money, legal commitments, refunds — are forced into "Take over" mode by default. You set the rules.

How long does onboarding take? +

Live in under an hour — connect inbox, paste your service list, switch the AI on in "draft only" mode. Most agencies move it to "auto" within a week, once they trust the drafts.
